30 minute massage, focus on 1-3 areas. (For example, such as neck/shoulders/back or neck/shoulders/arms, etc)
45 minute massage, focus on 3-5 areas (for example, such as neck/shoulders/back/hips/arms or neck/shoulders/back/hands/feet, etc)
One hour massage- either focus on 3-5 areas more in depth for the whole time or a full body massage, which is a little bit of everything, (neck, shoulders, back, arms, scalp, hips, legs, feet) maybe focus a few extra minutes on 1 or 2 particular areas, though it might feel a little rushed.
90 minute massage, full body, good quality time for all areas, (all areas being neck, shoulders, back, arms, scalp, hips, legs, feet) doesn't feel rushed.
90 minute Hot Stone massage- full body. Hot rocks are used to get a relaxing and soothing heat into your muscles, then once your muscles have absorbed all the heat from the rocks I go into therapeutic massage. Very relaxing!
